In 2020, everything in our lives changed, but I’m feeling really hopeful and excited for our planet’s future. People are becoming more aware of who they are and what is truly important, thanks to more time at home and the unexpected gift we’ve been given to go deeper within and trust ourselves. When we’re faced with so much disinformation and confusion, we are ultimately and without realizing, becoming a stronger and more intuitive population of people.

I believe now, we need to realize that we have each other, and we are not the problem. We are all connected and in this together. Also, we need to realize that the majority of us are really great people and trying to be the best we can be in this beautiful but difficult life. We’ve been taught to feel divided because of our cultural, religious, governmental, and racial differences, but if we can look deeper, we’ll see that we all have the exact same heart, breath, emotional hurt, and grounding beneath us.

As an author and Holistic Health & Well-Being Guide, I want to educate others on how to heal and transform their lives and health. Food, love, and happiness are our medicine and really are the only things we need to flourish. I know this with certainty because nutrition healed my “incurable” illness over 20 years ago. And to this day, when faced with challenges, loving more, fearing less, and flipping my negatives into a positive helps in dimming most of my struggles.

Our foundation of nourishment is with food, but I also believe that when our emotional selves are happier, every aspect of our health and life improves. We all have a powerful healing wisdom within us but it has to be aligned on every level. Great health is achieved by what we EAT, what we DRINK, and what we THINK, and by nourishing our body with whole foods, positive and ​authentic thinking naturally occurs.
